Unfortunately, to keep overheads to a minimum, Kiss the Bride is mail order only.

N.B. When ordering tiaras, please check that the dimensions are as required as the tiaras
are photographed to show detail and can often appear more delicate in reality than in the
photographs.

If you are a UK customer, simply print out the Order form, fill it in and send it on with
payment. If you are concerned about availability just contact me and I will confirm whether
or not it is available in the colours you require.

For some of the lower priced hair accessories and wine glass charms I've introduced
an online Paypal shopping cart system. For these items, delivery tends to be within
10 days.

International customers can order via Paypal, just contact me to check availability.

You will receive an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order and another to confirm that
it has been sent.

Discounts

Discounts are available when you order 2 or more tiaras. They are as follows -

If you place a second order, within 3 months, the relevant discount will apply to the second
order total. Just quote "second order."

Payment

Payment for UK customers is by cheque, postal order or via Paypal, and cheques should be sent to the address at the bottom of the Order form.

International customers can pay via Paypal, Sterling travellers cheques or a Sterling draft,
although the former is the most economical. Just contact me for a quote in your currency. To get an idea of the conversion, I use xe.net to work out the price.

All prices include the cost of postage and packaging to the UK. For International orders, shipping is charged at cost.

Delivery

Orders are currently being dispatched in around 2 to 4 weeks, but occasionally there are
delays due to stock availability. If your order is needed urgently it is usually wise to e-mail me
to confirm whether the colours you require are in stock.

All tiaras are sent by first class recorded delivery. If you are not available to sign for your tiara
it will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days after which time it will be returned to me.

Refunds & Returns

All my tiaras are made to order, to your specifications. However I do have a 14 days returns
policy.

If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within
14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less £3 deduction for postage. Please
e-mail me if you need to return your order. To avoid having to return your tiara, please check
that the dimensions of the design are suitable for your needs.

Unfortunately, I reserve the right to reject an order if I suspect that a customer is taking
advantage of my returns policy.
