Yes,
most of the tiaras can be altered to suit your requirements, whether
it's scale, colour or design, just contact
me and I will get back to you. If you have an original idea
for a design I'll try to work from your descriptions, or sketches.

I
have short hair and I am worried about securing it in my hair for
the day, can you help? |

Quite
a few of my tiara designs can be adjusted to be worn between the
tiara and the Alice band position so that the sides of the band
grip the head. Alternatively, on most of my designs I'm able to
add small "loops" to the inside so that grips can be
inserted. This advice is also relevant for smaller bridesmaids.

What
is the lead time on your tiaras? |

I'm
currently getting most of my tiaras out within 3 to 4 weeks, although
occasionally there are delays when my suppliers are out of stock
of certain shades. If your tiara is required soon, contact me
to find out if I have the shades you require in stock. Ideally
I recommend that you place your order 2 months prior to your wedding
to ensure materials are in stock and to give you time to practice.

if you are worried I can send you sample crystals to compare with
your own fabric samples, just contact
me and I'll try to forward onto you suitable shades.

you accept credit cards? |

No,
except via Paypal. As all
of my tiaras are made to order and are available in a host of
shades, in many proportions, the secure shopping cart system cannot
meet my requirements. I have however introduced a Paypal shopping
cart system for some of my hair accessories and wine glass charms
as these items are less bespoke than my tiaras. For these items
delivery is usually within 10 days

not from the UK, can I still place an order? |

Yes.
There are a couple of ways to pay. You can either send me a sterling
draft or you can pay via Paypal.

What
method of postage do you use? |

All
my tiaras are sent by first class recorded delivery.

What
if I'm not happy with my order? Can I return it? |

Under
the distance selling regulations, any item that is custom-made
to order is not subject to the 10 days legal returns requirement.
All
my tiaras are made to order, to your specifications. However I
do have a 14 days returns policy.
Usually, If you are not completely happy with
your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 14 days
of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less a £3
deduction for postage. Unfortunately, if you wish to return an
item that is unusual, or there is minimal likelihood of it being
ordered again, I will have to make a deduction to cover my material
expenses.
Please
e-mail me if
you need to return your order. To avoid having to return your
tiara, please check that the dimensions of the design are suitable
for your needs.
Unfortunately, I reserve the right to reject an order if I suspect
that a customer is taking advantage of my returns policy.
